SHIPPING INFORMATION
D’s Sewing Center & Quilt Shop will ship your package within 48 hours of receiving order. Whenever possible we will use US Post Office Priority Mail or UPS with a two or three day delivery time so that we have a tracking number should a package stray from intended destination.
Upon request we will ship up to 2 yds of fabric 1st class in the USA ONLY. There will be a $2.00 handling fee added to any order shipped 1st class.
All shipping charges on your invoice are approximate. Sale prices may cause an increase in shipping charges due to heavier weight per dollar amount. If you have a question about shipping charges please ask before ordering. Fabric must be cut to be weighed. We will automatically adjust shipping to cover shipping cost. This also means we will lower shipping cost if we can fit it in a smaller package.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER. IF THERE IS A NEED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER DUE TO DECLINE OF CREDIT CARD OR BECAUSE ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY USPS OR UPS WE MAY ADD A CHARGE FOR THE LONG DISTANCE CALL TO YOUR BILL.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international packages via Global Priority Mail to all countries that accept Global Priority mail Packages.
CANADA: $11.00 for every $30.00
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: $13.00 for every $30.00 spent.
WE CAN FIT UP TO 7 YARDS IN ONE FLAT RATE ENVEOPE.
Please do not panic if your order shows a $30 shipping charge. We WILL adjust shipping before running your credit card.
As stated above, all charges are an estimate only. Shipping charges can be affected by sale prices. We must cut fabric to be able to weigh it. The lower the sale price the more yardage per dollar amount, which can affect shipping charges.
Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about shipping. We will automatically adjust shipping so we can promptly ship your order, if no other instructions are listed on the order. If your country does not accept Global Priority Mail the shipping prices will vary based on the Airmail rates.
We do not ship to Ghana or Nigeria.

RETURN POLICY
*NO Returns/Refunds after 15 days.
*NO Returns without prior authorization - call 815-223-7231 for authorization number.
*NO Returns/Refunds on books, patterns, block of the month, quilt kits, videos, DVDs, embroidery CDs, computer software or other copyrighted materials as prohibited by law. There are no exceptions.
*A 20% restocking fee is charged for return of cut fabric. Shipping charges are not refundable.
